Leveraging Image Processing AI for Out-in-the-Field PowerApps (Telephone Pole Inspections)
In this 1 hour presentation/demo attendees will see how Azure's Cognitive Services and/or Machine Learning Services can be used together with PowerApps and SharePoint and Flow to quickly create an innovative AI-powered PowerApps which could be used by Field Engineers to quickly inspect and assess (and REPORT) the condition of various telephone and power distribution poles in a region suffering from (say) a severe weather phenomenon such a tornado or hurricane.

Attendees would also see how PowerApps can tap directly into the camera features of common mobile "smart" phones to capture images, pass them up into a SharePoint Picture library, then see how Flow can be used to pass those images (in REAL-TIME) into Azure Cognitive Services (or a custom Machine Learning Predictive Model) and have human-readable assessments describing that pole's condition as "Green" (ok), "Yellow" (watch closely) , "Orange" (needs attention ASAP) and "Red" (need attention IMMEDIATELY), so that field engineers can work quickly, and their central command can ALSO work quickly to accurately assess and triage a region impacted by a severe event.

Again, this presentation will also demonstrate how SharePoint, PowerApps and Flow can empower PowerUsers in an organization to quickly create enterprise-class solutions with MVC patterns at their foundation.
